Military Family Freedom Act allows military education and service to count as credentials for occupational licenses.

The Military Family Freedom Act allows members of the Armed Forces and their families to use their military education, training, and service as qualified credentials for occupational licenses in Mississippi. The State Workforce Investment Board or applicable occupational licensing board must accept these credentials if they are deemed substantially equivalent to the qualifications required for a license or certificate.
