The Bureau of Fleet Management must conduct an annual utilization review of all state-owned vehicles. This review includes assessing vehicle usage, identifying underutilized vehicles, and recommending reallocation or disposal of such vehicles. The bureau will report its findings to the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, and the Legislature. State-owned vehicles driven less than 13,000 miles a year are deemed underutilized unless justified by the agency.
