Mississippi HB141 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund infrastructure projects in Greenville, Mississippi. The bonds will be used to assist the city in paying costs associated with transportation infrastructure needs and sanitary sewer/water system infrastructure needs. The total amount of bonds issued under this act shall not exceed $150,810,510.00. The proceeds of the bonds will be used solely for the purposes provided, including the costs incident to the issuance and sale of such bonds.
