Mississippi House Bill 140 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, upgrades, and improvements at the Mississippi Delta Community College Law Enforcement Training Academy in Sunflower County. The proceeds from the bond sales will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Mississippi Delta Community College Law Enforcement Training Academy Fund," to cover these costs. The total amount of bonds issued cannot exceed $10,000,000, and no bonds can be issued after July 1, 2030.
