It establishes a new formula to compensate Claiborne County for hosting the plant and bearing associated risks. Beginning in fiscal year 2027, 60% of the funds will go to Claiborne County for public infrastructure, safety, and economic development, 25% to the Claiborne County School District, and 15% to the City of Port Gibson.
