Mississippi HB1180 amends the state code to require a medical examiner to notify the deceased's family if they believe the death may have been caused by or related to a COVID-19 vaccination. The bill also allows for an autopsy to be performed without a court order if requested by a family member of the deceased. The act takes effect from July 1, 2026.
