The Mississippi National Guard Servicemembers Medical Readiness Act creates the Mississippi National Guard Tricare Premium Reimbursement Program. This program awards grants to reimburse eligible members of the Mississippi National Guard for the cost of premiums for individual coverage through the TRICARE Reserve Select program or the TRICARE Dental Program. Eligible recipients must be members of the Mississippi National Guard, eligible for TRICARE Reserve Select coverage and/or TRICARE Dental Program coverage, and not receiving health insurance or dental insurance coverage through a civilian.
