Mississippi HB1067 requires vendors, subcontractors, or other entities selected to provide goods, products, or services to the state through funding from the Rural Health Transformation Program to be subject to a competitive bid process. This bill also mandates that goods, products, or services provided to subgrantees through a grant program funded by the Rural Health Transformation Program and administered by a public agency or a vendor, subcontractor, or other entity subject to oversight by a public agency shall not be required to be procured through a competitive bid process.
