Allocates $22,925,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $12,925,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Funds are for economic development and housing challenge programs, including $1,208,000 annually for housing projects for American Indians. Any uncommitted funds may be used for eligible activities under Minnesota Statutes, sections 462A.33 and 462A.07, subdivision 14.
