Minnesota SF959 allocates $3,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of transportation for the preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection of Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St. Paul and Oakdale. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
