Minnesota SF895 appropriates $40,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Mahnomen Health Center Joint Constitution for constructing a new hospital in Mahnomen. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell and issue state bonds up to $40,000,000 to fund this project. The sale and issuance of bonds are governed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
