Minnesota SF867 allocates $3.5 million from the general fund for the St. Croix Curling Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to construct a new community center in St. Mary's Point. The center will feature facilities for winter curling, summer activities, meeting rooms, and community space. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
