Minnesota SF842 allocates $4,021,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of New Ulm. This funding will support the design, construction, and equipping of a gravity sewer flow system, replacement of a water main, removal of a lift station, and replacement of impacted surface amenities. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to the appropriated amount, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state Constitution.
