The bill repeals the phase-in of customized living rates for community access for disability inclusion and brain injury home and community-based waivers in Minnesota. Effective January 1, 2026, or upon federal approval, whichever is later, the rates will no longer gradually increase but will instead be based on a fixed formula. The commissioner of human services must notify the revisor of statutes once federal approval is obtained.
