Minnesota SF807 appropriates $8.5 million for the City of Winona's wastewater treatment facility improvements.

Minnesota SF807 allocates $8.5 million from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the City of Winona. This funding will support predesign, design, construction, and equipment upgrades for the existing municipal wastewater treatment facility. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell and issue state bonds up to $8.5 million, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
