Minnesota SF744 bans licensed or regulated health care providers from performing sex reassignment surgery or administering puberty blocking hormones or hormone antagonist therapies for minors with gender dysphoria. Exceptions are made for minors already receiving such treatments before the act's effective date. The prohibitions take effect the day after final enactment.
