Minnesota SF581 allows more than one nonoxygenated gasoline storage tank at retail gasoline stations.
Minnesota SF581 amends the state's weights and measures laws to allow retail gasoline stations to use more than one nonoxygenated gasoline storage tank. Previously, only one tank was permitted unless the station was within five miles of a motor sports racing facility, in which case two tanks were allowed. The bill maintains the requirement that nonoxygenated gasoline must be unleaded premium grade and be used only in collector vehicles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, or small engines.
