Minnesota SF545 allocates $4.5 million from the general fund for the Neighborhood Development Center to create an entrepreneur innovation center in Minneapolis. The center will provide space for entrepreneurs from low-income communities to develop and operate their businesses. It may also include a technology accelerator, a beauty, health, and wellness incubator, community event and meeting space, a food production kitchen, and retail space.
