Allows owners and occupants to take feral swine causing damage on their land without a license, except by artificial lights in closed season or by poison. Requires reporting the killing to a conservation officer within 24 hours and surrendering the swine to the officer within 48 hours. Prohibits possession, release, or allowing feral swine to run at large. Hunting or trapping feral swine is not allowed except as authorized by the commissioner for control or eradication. Violators are liable for damages and state costs.
