The tax revenue will fund the construction of a new joint judicial center and public safety facility, and renovations to the county health and human services building. The tax expires 25 years after imposition or when the county determines the funds are sufficient for project costs. The county can issue bonds to finance the projects, with the aggregate principal amount not exceeding $67,800,000.
