The bill amends the use of St. Paul local sales tax revenues to exclude certain purposes and allocate funds for specific infrastructure projects. If the city does not adopt an amended resolution, the tax revenues will be used for street and bridge improvements and capital improvements to parks and recreation facilities. The bill is effective retroactively from May 24, 2023.
