Minnesota SF522 allocates $1,950,000 from the general fund for the Minnesota Forest Zone Trappers Association to develop a Sportsman's and Sportswoman's Outdoor Development Learning Center in Hibbing. This one-time appropriation covers land acquisition, predesign, design, engineering, site preparation, grading, finishing, and site features. The funds are available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
