Minnesota SF5086 allocates $25,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund for phase 2 of the Avivo regional treatment, career, and employment center campus in Hennepin County. This phase includes design, site preparation, environmental remediation, renovation of existing buildings, new construction, and furnishing and equipping the campus. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $25,000,000 to fund this project. The bill becomes effective the day following final enactment.
