Amends prior appropriation for Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water System capital projects.

The bill amends a prior appropriation for capital projects owned by the Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water System. It allocates $5,000,000 for property acquisition and construction of water storage and distribution infrastructure, including booster stations and pipelines. Another $4,000,000 is designated for designing, constructing, and equipping a biological filtration water source and treatment system improvements to reduce nitrate removal and other contaminants.
