The bill amends Minnesota Statutes to replace the term "Perpich Center for Arts Education" with "Perpich Quality Learning Center" wherever it appears. The board of the renamed center will consist of 16 members, including the commissioner of education or a designee, and 15 members appointed by the governor. At least one member must be appointed from each congressional district. All board members must complete required training.
