Starting January 1, 2027, veterans with a total service-connected disability can park for free at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for up to ten consecutive or nonconsecutive days within a 90-day period. To qualify, veterans must present a driver's license, military identification card, or a letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs confirming their 100 percent disability rating. The Metropolitan Airports Commission must establish a process for waiving or abating fees and inform veterans organizations by December 1, 2026.
