Amends Minnesota Statutes to remove burial fees for spouses and dependent children of eligible veterans in state veterans cemeteries. Establishes a fee schedule for interments, which may be adjusted over time, to cover the actual costs of interment, excluding the value of the plot. Allows the commissioner to waive or reduce burial fees for indigent eligible persons, with a policy, eligibility standards, and application form to be developed.
