Minnesota SF4856 allocates $3,150,000 from bond proceeds to the city of St. Cloud for the design, engineering, construction, and equipping of the St. Cloud Mississippi Riverwalk Connection Project. This includes grading, trail and pathway construction, pedestrian crossings, lighting, landscaping, riverbank stabilization, shoreline restoration, utility work, and related public infrastructure improvements. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,150,000 to fund this project.
