Modifies licensure by reciprocity requirements for marriage and family therapists in Minnesota.

This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to modify the requirements for marriage and family therapists seeking licensure by reciprocity. The board will issue a license if the applicant holds a current, valid, and unrestricted license from another jurisdiction, meets the reciprocity application requirements, and has not been convicted of a disqualifying crime. The standards in the other jurisdiction must be at least equivalent to or exceed Minnesota's licensure requirements.
