The bill allows the City of St. Cloud to impose a local sales and use tax of one-quarter percent. The tax revenue will fund an outdoor water park adjacent to the St. Cloud Aquatics Center, up to $7,000,000, plus associated costs. The tax expires three years after imposition or when sufficient funds are collected. Voter approval is required.
