Authorizes the city of Brainerd to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Northern Pacific Center.

This bill allows the city of Brainerd to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Northern Pacific Center, located at 1511 Northern Pacific Road. The license permits sales on all days of the week to persons attending events at the center. The premises need not be compact and contiguous, as long as they are described in the approved license. This authorization overrides any other law, ordinance, or charter provision to the contrary.
