This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to allow private residential pools to be used for certified swimming classes. The pool must be used by a paying guest of the homeowner and the class must be conducted by the homeowner, who must be a certified swimming instructor. The class must be one-on-one and no more than four individuals can be in the pool at the same time. The pool must meet safety standards.
