Minnesota SF4506 amends the reimbursement rates for high-intensity residential substance use disorder services. Effective January 1, 2027, the base payment rate for high-intensity residential services will be 83 percent of the modeled rate. For low-intensity residential services, the rate will be 100 percent of the modeled rate. These changes apply to services provided by adolescent substance use disorder treatment programs.
