Minnesota SF4160 prohibits the sale, offer for sale, or distribution of pesticides containing paraquat dichloride starting January 1, 2027. It also bans the use of these pesticides from January 1, 2028. The commissioner of agriculture must collect and dispose of prohibited pesticides and report on their use and status in the supply chain by January 1, 2028.
