Minnesota SF406 allocates $7,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Blue Earth to build a reverse osmosis water filtration plant. The funds will be raised through the sale and issuance of state bonds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state Constitution. This appropriation is effective the day following final enactment.
