Minnesota SF3997 amends the exemption criteria for bulk fuel delivery of nonoxygenated gasoline. It allows for such deliveries if the amount is 500 gallons or less and is directly into an exempt vehicle's fuel tank or a bulk tank on the premises. The gasoline must be for use in vehicles exempt under subdivision 12, paragraph (a). Only one bulk fuel storage tank on the premises can be used for storage.
