It also reduces the fee for watercraft 19 feet or less from $59 to $27, and for sailboats of the same length from $23 to $10.50. Additionally, it sets the fee for watercraft used by nonprofits for teaching boat and water safety at $8, down from $4.50. The bill takes effect on July 1, 2026.
