Allows eggs past their quality assurance date to be donated to charitable food assistance programs.

This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to allow eggs past their quality assurance date to be donated to charitable food assistance programs. Eggs must be in their original packaging, previously candled and graded, continuously refrigerated, and distributed within 30 days of the original quality assurance date. Packaging must include a "Donated Eggs - Not for Resale" label.
