Minnesota SF383 allocates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Dayton. This grant is intended to acquire real property or interests in real property and to predesign, design, and construct a roundabout and other improvements at the intersection of Pineview Lane and County Road 12. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI.
