Minnesota SF3787 mandates that the Minnesota Department of Health review any hospital or hospital campus cessations in operations, curtailments of operations, relocations of health services, or cessations in offering certain health services. The review is necessary unless the hospital ceases operations due to insolvency or a disaster. The commissioner of health must enforce this section using the powers and authority in section 144.653. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
