Minnesota SF3763 amends prior appropriations to fund the expansion of U.S. Highway 169 from a two-lane to a four-lane divided highway between Taconite and Pengilly in Itasca County. The bill allocates $6,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and $8,000,000 for fiscal year 2027 from the trunk highway fund. These funds will cover planning, predesign, design, engineering, and environmental analysis and remediation. The appropriation is available until June 30, 2029.
