This bill amends the North Star Promise scholarship program to increase the maximum income eligibility for students from $80,000 to $100,000. The commissioner of the Office of Higher Education must transfer funds from the general fund to the North Star Promise scholarship account in the special revenue fund. The changes take effect starting in the fall 2026 academic term.
