Authorizes student support personnel aid for special education teachers and other costs.

This bill allows student support personnel aid to be used for costs of certain licensed special education teachers. It also permits up to $5,000 of aid each year for training or job-embedded coaching and travel among school sites. The aid must be used to enhance student support services by increasing personnel positions or service hours, or making positions permanent. Costs paid by this aid must not be included in other school revenue calculations. This section is effective for revenue in fiscal year 2027 and later.
