Minnesota SF364 provides a grant to the Dyslexia Institute of Minnesota to offer free evidence-based literacy interventions to students reading below grade level in public schools with a majority of students eligible for free or reduced-price meals. The grant funds will support tutor training, compensation, and curricular materials. The Dyslexia Institute of Minnesota must report annually on the use of funds and progress in improving literacy proficiency until 2028. The appropriation is effective July 1, 2025.
