This bill repeals state preemption of local units of government regulating firearms in Minnesota. It allows local governments to regulate the location of businesses where firearms are sold by a firearms dealer through reasonable, nondiscriminatory, and nonarbitrary zoning ordinances. Local regulation inconsistent with this section is void.
