The grant will support the predesign, design, construction, and equipping of rehabilitation and replacement of aging and failing infrastructure. This includes improvements to drinking water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and utility infrastructure in the southwest corner of Hermantown. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $10,000,000 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state constitution.
