Minnesota SF3532 appropriates $3.5 million from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of St. Paul. This grant will fund the design, right-of-way acquisition, construction of a replacement for Randolph Avenue Bridge No. 7272 over the Union Pacific Railroad, and the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Randolph Avenue. The appropriation covers internal staff costs, right-of-way acquisition, design, project administration, engineering, inspection, and other utilities and public infrastructure on Randolph Avenue.
