Amends per diem, mileage, and meal payments for Minnesota legislators.

This bill modifies provisions for per diem, mileage, and meal payments and reimbursements for Minnesota legislators. It allows legislators living more than 50 miles from the state capitol to receive per diem payments and mileage reimbursements, subject to caucus leader approval. Meal stipends are also provided for meals when legislators are present at the capitol for legislative business. The bill also adjusts the payment schedule for legislators' compensation.
