Minnesota SF3442 appropriates $21.5 million for St. Peter water treatment facility improvements.

Minnesota SF3442 appropriates $21.5 million from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of St. Peter. The funds will be used for predesign, design, construction, and equipment of the rehabilitation and replacement of aging and failing infrastructure at the existing water treatment facility in St. Peter. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds to provide the appropriated money.
