Supplemental rate for housing support providers in Otter Tail County for up to 24 beds.
Starting July 1, 2025, a county agency in Otter Tail County must negotiate a supplemental rate for up to 24 beds in addition to the existing rate. This rate applies to housing support providers who offer room and board and supplementary services to adults recovering from substance use disorder, mental illness, or housing instability. The supplemental rate cannot exceed the maximum rate allowed under existing provisions, including any inflationary adjustments.
